| Why get this service when I can just put the waste in the weekly trash collection? |
|
Did you know that it is ILLEGAL to dispose of dog waste with your household garbage? Well, It is and now there are fees to dumping in the landfills.

| How do I start service? |
|
To start your service, simply call us at705-269-BIGB (2442), email us at bigb@bigb.ca or click the "Contact Us" on the website. |

| Does anyone need to be home when you come? |
|
No. As long as we can get to the area that needs cleaned, no one needs to be home. If you have a locked gate, please be sure it is unlocked on your service day. |

| Can the dog be in the yard when you clean? |
|
One of the best parts of our job is getting to meet your dogs. However, if your dog is aggressive and we do not feel safe, we would ask that you confine your dog so we can safely clean your yard. |

| Do you work in bad weather? |
|
We do our best to clean your yard in almost any weather. However, we will not clean in a heavy dounpour or lightening. In the winter, we work through everything accept for a severe snow storm. If we are not able to clean your yard because of weather, we automatically roll your service over. |

| What do you do with the waste? |
|
Big B's is proud to say we follow the Municipal Guidelines in the disposal of all pet waste. |

| How do I pay for service? |
|
We have many options for payment. We accept cash, check,Visa & Mastercard through paypal, email money transfers, and money orders. |

| What areas do you service? |
|
Currently we are Servicing the Timmins & Surrounding areas such as Schumacher, South Porcupine and Porcupine. |

| Do you offer other services? |
|
We offer a variety of yard services including lawn care, snow clearing, snow removal, emergency snow clearing, and more check out our services tab. |

| How can you stop from infecting other yards? |
|
Big B's takes pride in our job, we make sure do disinfect our shoes and all our equipment after each visit. |

Is there any extra charge for the first time? |
|
|
Yes. We charge a minimum of $30 plus $10 per bucket of waste AFTER the first 2 buckets. However, if there is no serious accumulation, the initial clean-up may be waived or reduced.
If our family pet has passed will you collect the remains?
This service is not available at the moment , However it will be coming soon.
