WE WILL:
· Respect your home, pets, and privacy. Treat you and your pets with professionalism and kindness.
· Dispose of pellet style, bio-degradable cat litter.
· Provide the service that the customer has paid for on the scheduled day of service.
· Charge, collect and submit GST/HST
· Reserve the right to decline pick up or exchange of buckets/liners from customers. We also reserve the right to decline service for any reason.
· A late payment fee of $2.50 will apply to all payments over 30 days past due.
· A charge of $40.00 will be incurred for any payments returned N.S.F.
WE WILL NOT
· Enter a premises, travel through a home in order to get to the location of the pet waste. However, if this is a requirement please contact our office to see if arrangements can be made.
· Pick up any buckets found to contain Plastics or Plastic Bags, Excess Gravel or Clay Base Cat Litter, Large Rocks, Sticks, Bark Mulch, Garbage or any other foreign non-biodegradable materials.
· Dispose of Clay Base Cat Litter.
· Enter your yard if your pet is, or has, been aggressive; please keep aggressive dogs out of the yard on the day that you’re scheduled for service.
· Climb over gates, fences or walls.
· Service inside residences ( disabled please contact our office)
· Accept responsibility of any keys required to enter a yard.
Please contact us about rates for more than three dogs or for private dog day care facilities.
Commercial, condominium, or townhouse properties service rates are also available upon request.
We reserve the right to, adjust our service rates, cancel or refuse service, with proper notice.
We do the best we can to clean up all dog poop from your property in all types of weather.
Please call us if you are not completely satisfied with, or have any concerns regarding, our services.
