If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please call us within 24 hours of the service, and we’ll return the next day to re-service your property at no charge. We want to make things right! This is our no-hassle guarantee.
Please keep in mind though that we cannot guarantee our service when working in areas that have tall grass or weeds, or when there are excessive amounts of leaves, trash, mud, or snow. We also cannot guarantee our service when waste is cleaned from between rocks in dog runs. Also the snow clearing and removal services does not fall under this guarantee if there is snow fall, city plowing or neighbor caused snow accumulations within 24 hours of the original service. But even in these cases, we will always do our absolute best to get every piece of waste. After all, we want your property to be clean and we want you to be happy!
Refund Policy
Big B's Pet Waste Control & Yard Services does not issue refunds , however with our roll over program there is no need too! Any services that are paid for and not used no matter what the reason are automatically rolled over to a time that is more sutible for you, or you can gift your unused service to someone else!
